#Halloween in #Seattle #USA: Guy is dressed as devil on light rail. Tells woman he’s going to a meeting but had a Halloween party recently. Says he’s not satan or devil, per se, but a lower level demon (he’s been reading up). Says he can go to City Council and say what he wants.
