Good afternoon everyone. Just a heads up, there are planned marches happening in Seattle today. There will be rolling road closures happening near Westlake Park and Seattle Center. Please find alternate traffic routes and find a police officer if you need help.

John Muir Elementary School is no longer sheltering in place. Suspect is still outstanding while police continue to search.

There is no known danger to the schools and they have been alerted. This is precautionary as police search the area.

Police believe there is a man in the 3300 block of S Horton St with a firearm and possibly in crisis. John Muir Elementary School is sheltering in place. Officers are searching for the known suspect. Please avoid the area.
