Asked and answered. Currently the U.S. is using all available production and inventories. Under the PURL program there is a production delay. However, that said Europe has Patriots they can send to Ukraine if they choose.
The narrative here is politically engineered.
Why is the emphasis on sending U.S. patriots to Ukraine, when Germany, Poland, France and other EU countries can send patriot missiles directly, right now, and then replace later under PURL?

Um, this is really bad. I'm a little shocked to be the one to inform you, and that takes a lot.
That said, dear Senator @JohnCornyn, Ukraine has never had Starshield satellite communications. EVER!
Starshield is a U.S. military communications network that is not shared with Ukraine due to the implications therein. Giving Starshield to Ukraine would be akin to the United States openly operating the targeting system against a nuclear armed Russia.
Surely, as a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and a long-time tenured member of the Republican Senatorial Leadership team, you must know this.
If you are unaware, and if your staff team would stand back and watch you send this public message via this platform, perhaps you might think about the implications about your lack of knowledge as you clean out your office for private life.

The Musk Foundation donated ultraviolet water filtration systems and new stations in all 12 Flint Community Schools buildings plus the administration building.
The City provided free filters for residential homes.
Also worth noting that Musk has a history of making philanthropic pledges and not following through.
In 2018, he pledged to “fund fixing the water in any house in Flint that has water contamination above FDA levels.” He did not.

Anyone who still doubts that lawfare will only get worse needs to listen to Elissa Slotkin. She sounds like a Soviet party apparatchik calmly explaining how she will use political prosecutions to terrorize political opponents and intimidate ordinary people away from participating in politics altogether. Except a Soviet apparatchik probably wouldn't have talked about it so openly. But Slotkin couldn't care less. The entire lawfare machine has become so emboldened by the total lack of accountability that they no longer bother hiding their plans.

I just got an astronomical property tax bill and despite that I have to spend thousands a year on private arm security as well as thousands more a year on private firefighters, here in Santa Monica. It’s already happening. Police don’t come because they’re too busy dealing with the hundreds of homeless constantly causing problems and you know that the fire department is overstretched and probably doesn’t have water!

🚨I am so proud of Lon Johnson, the former Chairman of the Michigan Dem Party. 👏
In August, I said that if I lived in Michigan, I would not vote for El-Sayed. Democrats smeared, attacked, and ridiculed me on this platform for drawing a line in the sand.
Two months later, it is undeniable that I wasn't alone then and I am not alone now.
@DemsForMike and Democrats who leave it blank have a quiet and growing energy on the ground in Michigan that you won't see in the polls. Take it from this lifelong Democrat, it's not easy to tell anyone, even pollsters, that you won't support the Democratic nominee. As lifelong partisans, not easy to acknowledge that some things and some elections transcend party loyalty.
Leaders in Michigan's Black and Jewish communities are saying the same thing. Because we all agree that he has disqualified himself, he is dangerous, and he is going to come at a great long-term cost to the Democratic Party.

My dad and I filed a federal lawsuit this week, and I want to explain it in my own words.
