Justin Morneau's comments on tonight's #MNTwins broadcast were interesting. 馃憖
"I'll probably get in trouble for saying it, but I loved those "m" logo hats they wore over the weekend."
He seemed to catch himself before going any further, explaining that he wore that logo during his playing days.
Can Twins broadcasters really not say they like a throwback hat?
There's nothing controversial about admitting the classic "m" looks great. Judging by the reaction this weekend, plenty of Twins fans agree.

The #MNTwins "TC" logo has earned its place, but the "M" deserves to be the club's primary mark again.
Timeless. Clean. Looks absolutely perfect with the home jereys.
When the next Twins era begins under new ownership, relaunching with the classic "M" would be a simple but meaningful way to reconnect with a fanbase ready for a fresh start.
Sometimes the best way forward is bringing back what already worked.
