NEWS — A federal judge has struck down the Trump administration’s nationwide voter roll verification program, ruling that the DOJ exceeded its authority and violated federal privacy laws.
At least 18 states had complied with the program, which sought to identify and remove suspected noncitizens from voter rolls ahead of the midterms.
