Yesterday, AIBotics announced its definitive agreement to acquire Empulser. For me, this is much bigger than a transaction. This is public markets. This is my arena. I have spent decades bringing together technology, entrepreneurship, global relationships, capital and public markets. From Pulse Evolution, through FaceBank, to fuboTV and the NYSE. That was an extraordinary journey. But what we are building now is bigger. Empulser is the greatest endeavour I have undertaken to date. There are outstanding drone companies and defence engineers around the world. Our opportunity is to combine world-class technology with global vision, entrepreneurship, capital and the public markets needed to scale it. Because the next generation of autonomous systems will need more than intelligence. They need power. They need endurance. They need resilience. They need persistence. Our ambition is ultimately to remove flight time as the limiting factor. Imagine autonomous systems that do not have to come home simply because their batteries are running out.
