What's the use of having parking permits in Walton when I can't even get into my street because of people going to the football. No @lpoolcouncil parking enforcement to be seen
On my way home from a weekend in Paris, I mostly avoided the protests, and while there are genuine grievances that need addressing, there is no justification for destruction and looting, I hope @EmmanuelMacron supports those who lost livelihoods and comes down hard on the thugs

A Republic that protects the right to protest must also protect its citizens from violence.

5 local by-elections this week. 2 wins for LibDems, 2 for Labour and 1 Independent. Nothing for @Reform (indeed they lost one to Labour) and @RupertLowe10's delusional ego party @RestoreBritain came a distant 4th in one and couldn't be bothered standing in the other 4
Passed through Moorfields station yesterday afternoon, and it was noticeable how spotlessly clean it was from the platform to the street. There was a guy busy mopping by the ticket barriers. Job well done 👍
