Most people are attracted to the sizzle and not the sirloin!
Indiana averaged 4.1 victories a season in the 30 years prior to the arrival of Curt Cignetti. He's is now 16-2 at IU. The only losses -- at Ohio State and at Notre Dame.
Somehow no major program hired this guy until he was 61 years old.
And if you think he's leaving Bloomington, I wouldn't count on it. No need. This is a new era of the sport and the Hoosiers are title contenders.

Temp: 101 in the air, 113 on the turf
Location: 15-20 minutes outside a mid tier southeastern city
Good times. Take me back.

Former Beaver @WepfLucas pitching for the Dodgers in Spring Training
Just truly awesome to see him doing this and the success he’s having
#RollDamBlue
Lucas Wepf and his "SPLINKER" just made the main field. The "Splinker" is a hybrid split-finger and sinker, so good velo on that pitch, combined with even better movement.
Wepf was signed out of UL Monroe in 2022 as an Undrafted Free Agent.
Hides the ball very well, has a unique motion that is uncomfortable for hitters, and loves the big moments.
Splinker is a calling card; Fastball has a lot of "late life" and approached 100MPH last year.
Wepf is one of the most competitive people you will ever watch pitch and has been "Must See TV" late in games several times in his MiLB career with the Dodgers.
Wepf, as long as he can stay healthy, is possibly THE MOST underrated pitcher in the system and is an absolutely awesome young man. #dodgers
