Tough one today with a stiff head wind the whole race but good to get a win. Brilliant day with a great bunch of guys. Big Thankyou to Matt & the team again at @Great_Run & @ajbell for looking after us all again this year. Brilliant people. 👍

Another great weekend at Manchester 10k big Thankyou to Matt for looking after us all again this year. Just wasn’t happening today, just felt tired. A few days rest then heading over to Switzerland for some track racing, something a bit different. Well done to the other lads. 👍

The 129th Boston Marathon Finished. Strong headwinds the whole way but was still an amazing race to compete in. Great feeling to cross the finish line & just missed out on a top 10 finish with an 11th place male finish. #bostonmarathon2025

Brilliant to get back to the Dublin Marathon again since 2019. Forgot how brutal the course was, happy with a 1.45:13 and great to get back. Huge thank you to the organisers, they are just amazing 👍
