🌱 Can green technology make industrial training safer? 🛡️

Vocational education is being asked to do more than prepare people for a first job. In a world shaped by rapid technological change, skills shortages, and the green and digital transitions, #VET must also strengthen social participation, resilience and opportunity.

A #WPS defines the parameters and conditions under which a weld should be performed, providing welders and welding operators with a controlled #methodology for production. However, having a documented procedure does not automatically guarantee consistent results.

Training centers, vocational schools, universities, and industrial companies are increasingly using #simulation to help learners develop welding skills before moving to the real welding booth.

🛡️ #Military vehicles, naval vessels, aircraft, support equipment and critical infrastructure depend on welded components that must perform reliably under demanding conditions.
