why does empowering rift override blessing from assembler boots? you literally get 0 energy back, dont proc benevolence, and they dont get blessing

@Destiny2Team comparing inside the empowering rift with you vs not. is blessing no longer a higher damage buff so it doesnt get applied or just a bug?

after rechecking the patch notes, im just gonna assume its an issue with the seekers targeting people in your rift, which was added in edge of fate.

t6 = 4.9s shield delay, shield 34.48%/s speed t10 = 4s delay, 50%/s speed 200 health = 3.675s delay, 68.96%/s speed surely my math is wrong since 70%/s seems so high but thats shield regen with no way of changing the health regen portion of recov. prob equivalent to t10 now

maybe im misinterpreting that as well since 50% less could be referencing the entire process including the delay because 70%/s is soo fast. could prob check some creator footage but yea its interesting
