Drew Velling finished 4th in the prelims in the 300M Hurdles and has advanced to tomorrow’s finals. Also advancing is our girls 4x100M relay. The team of Kenzie Brewer, Emory Bozzuti, Mia Lee and Sabina Nettles grabbed the 8th seed into the finals. #rollPrep

Over at the @wiaawa Track & Field Championships in Tacoma, Panther Sabina Nettles just finished 6th in State in the high jump, clearing 5’0”. Nettles will also compete tomorrow in the long jump. #rollPrep

In the Day 1 finals: Andrew Poole was 8th in the Shot, Grey Willson 🥉 in Discus. Sabina Nettles placed 🥈 in the Long Jump, with a PR jump of 16’9”! Grace Renners defended her Metro Title, earning 🥇 in the Discus with a SCHOOL RECORD throw of 114’! 3/4

Thursday brought the first of two days of the Metro League Track & Field Championships and the Panthers were ready! In the prelim races, Drew Velling earned the #1 seed in both the 300M and 110M hurdles. Emory Bozzuti earned the 5th seed into the 400M finals. 1/4

Quintin Corr PRd in both the 100M (🥈) and 200 (5th) Jack Henzke won the 800M with a 1:55.29 Will Huddleston and Seamus Alspach went 1-2 in the mile Nash Howard broke 10:00 to win the 3200M Drew Velling won both the 110 and 300M hurdles 3/3 #rollPrep
