VN is already responding by expanding beyond the capital What more can be done: broaden stockpile; bonded storage in port zones; seasonal food storage; financing models; regional mechanisms; early warnings.

🇦🇺 supports a maritime order grounded in intl. law. At the 18th South China Sea conference, 🇦🇺’s Deputy Secretary Michelle Chan underscored the importance of UNCLOS, transparency dialogue & collective responsibility in preserving a stable, secure & prosperous maritime region.

Result: Fish has returned to the MPA region => This is one of the most practical lesson. Community is not simply being asked to protect environment but they can benefit economically from participating in preserving ecosystem.
