One of the things that hasn’t been talked about with Elizabeth Holmes:
She was created in the era of the Ted Talk Entrepreneur.
Between 2011-2015 (after the release of the Social Network), there was an entire apparatus built around “Child Prodigies”: college accelerators, young entrepreneur organizations, etc.
I watched countless founders of hard tech companies present fraudulent products at conferences. They had fake studies with fudged numbers. Most of the adults in the room excused it as “faking it ‘til you make it.” But Holmes was the one who rode the wave better than anyone else.
When the Ted Talk Era came to an end and people finally came to their senses, she was still running the same playbook—and in the most scrutinized field there is: medical technology.
When people ask how she got so far, it’s largely explained by the period she did it in. And she got caught when the world suddenly woke up.

I don't mind spending a minute to push back on liars, especially ones who accuse me of helping the government murder my friends.

So you are now claiming that I hate Jews, am a member of the deep state who has been deep undercover since I was a teenager, worked with Facebook to launder money, and need to be held responsible for my attempt to kill President Trump.
It boggles my mind that you could spread these kinds of vicious, obviously false lies to your followers and then pretend that you are going file a defamation lawsuit against me for damaging your professional reputation because I, correctly, pointed out that you are a lying retard.

American-made products are not impossible. Stories about iPhones costing $37,000 or laptops costing $100,000 are psy-ops, sometimes pushed by foreign adversaries but more commonly by American corporations that want anything but an upset to the status quo.
Palmer Luckey says companies are exaggerating the cost of American manufacturing to justify staying in China: “They don’t want to admit that it is a choice.” 🇺🇸🇨🇳
“I don’t have a lot of sympathy for people who pretend that manufacturing in the U.S. is this impossible, order-of-magnitude problem. A lot of it is very self-serving.
They want to justify why they’re in China. They want to justify why it’s OK for them to stay in China. They know that when sanctions hit as a result of a potential Taiwan conflict, they want to say, ‘Nobody could’ve predicted this, and I had no choice anyway.’
They don’t want to admit that it is a choice.
If Chinese subsidized steel is a third of the price of American unsubsidized steel, a tariff isn’t going to work. But if the price difference really is 30%, then a tariff could bring the American steel industry back.
It’s critically important to get this question right, and there aren’t enough people talking about it.”

Last year I thought Threads was an existential risk to X.
When Meta puts its full weight behind something -- by injecting the app into Instagram, it’s DEFCON 5:
You have to squeeze out every last drop of growth from all available surfaces to save the app.
However, I started to realize that the opposite was happening:
It was strengthening X.
If you look at any announcement by Zuck, you will see the most rude & toxic comments on the internet.
But when he makes those same announcements on X, people are thrilled about how he’s pushing humanity forward. X is a place where people are excited about the future, so it’s no surprise he and his top lieutenants are using it more than their own app.
Threads — and Bluesky — have effectively quarantined some of the worst people on the internet.
And so I had an epiphany: those apps are X’s anti-abuse systems.

Today was opening day for the American Made store they just built across the street from our development. I stopped in and it does only sell products made in America. Lots of candy, building supplies, storage buildings, household items, and a great ice cream bar (they were giving out free cups of ice cream, I had the black walnut). They also sell farm fresh eggs, whole milk from an Amish dairy, cheeses, and lots of canned products from Amish supplies. Prices were normal and not exhorbitant. It's a hit. This is in Duenweg, Missouri.

Probably the most mind-blowing thing of our trip so far. Everyone told us we had to experience Texas high school football, so we decided to check it out.
The stadium holds 9,500 people, which is already crazy considering it’s just high school kids playing. But even crazier was that the game was completely sold out, so we couldn’t even get inside! We couldn’t even find a parking spot anywhere near the stadium.
Absolutely insane!

BREAKING 🚨: Bill Maher just delivered the PERFECT case for ELMINATING almost EVERY welfare program in the U.S.: “We're still giving [money] away. How else are the 40% of adult Americans who don't work supposed to live? Yeah, did you know that? That roughly 60% of Americans work and 40% what's the word, don’t?”
“Including 6M working-age men who don't work and are not looking. No getting on LinkedIn for them. They're home playing Call of Duty at 11 in the morning.”

BREAKING 🚨: Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA): “Now for the ballroom, we have talked about that. I don't care about the ballroom.”
Bill Maher: “I don't either. It's so stupid! It's such a Rorschach test of whether you just hate.”
“Because first of all, as we saw with the ass*ssination attempt a couple of weeks ago, America probably does need [a ballroom].”
“It’s the word ‘ballroom’… If they called it the ‘State Dinner National Center’, it would be different.”
“This is America, we don’t want people sitting in tents to have dinner.”
Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA): “We need to have a more secure [venue] to do these kinds of events.”
“I don’t care—just build it.”

60 years ago, Gene Roddenberry wrote a captain who solved problems with curiosity. @WilliamShatner gave that character life. And at 95, sitting on our stage at Moonshots Live, he looked at the audience and said: “The future that Star Trek promised in fiction is around the corner for you guys.” He went to space on Blue Origin and wept on live television, not from wonder, but from grief for the fragility of Earth. He performed heavy metal in Chicago some weeks ago. And his message hasn’t changed in six decades: we are incredible beings, we just need to start acting like it.
-- I asked what the opposite of dystopian is. I said, “hopeful.” He said: “No. Glorious.”
-- Rod Roddenberry on Gene: “He knew these technologies were tools, no different from a rock. It’s what we do with them. We need to evolve our intellect to wield them.”
-- Bill visited Colossal Biosciences the day before — saw the woolly mice, the dire wolf program, the mammoth de-extinction work.
-- His longevity secret at 95: “Keep breathing.”

My speech in San Antonio:
Don’t mess with Texas!
Don’t mess with America; the greatest country in the world; one nation under God!
122 years ago, my grandfather migrated from Spain to Puerto Rico and then to New York entering through Ellis Island.
He came to contribute, to work hard and he came with purpose. He did not come with his hand out.
He never felt entitled or took any handouts because there were none. He only felt privileged to have the opportunity for freedom and prosperity.
He built the largest Hispanic food company in the United States GOYA Foods.
That was 90 years ago in 1936 but America was different.
After 250 years, we are still the land of opportunity, the land of the free and the home of the brave!
It is the home of the greatest President in our history and the greatest world leader of our time; President Donald J. Trump!
We were on the verge of losing it, but President Trump brought prosperity back to the United States of America.
He has created the greatest economy in our history.
He has made us energy independent.
He is bringing manufacturing back to America… something we lost, but now with new steel mills, automobile manufacturing, superintelligence initiatives and much more. He is on-shoring industry that had left our shores.
He is keeping us safe in our neighborhoods and is protecting our border.
He has brought America back to its position on the world stage as the greatest country on the planet.
Once again, we can be proud to be an American when we travel beyond our shores.
But, I have to ask, why do you think President Trump works so hard; risks his life and sacrifices all for our Country?
The answer is he loves our Country; he loves us all, and we love him!
He loves us all and fights for us all.
We are a country of immigrants; LEGAL immigrants who came to this Country to work hard, contribute, and to make a better life for themselves and their families; Immigrants who stood on line and entered correctly; earning the privilege of becoming a citizen of the United States.
From 2021 to 2024, Xavier Becerra and Alejandro Mayorkas under the watchful eye of the Biden administration kidnapped Texas and surrendered the US border.
Texas is the front line of our nation’s border and that administration poured hundreds of millions of dollars into NGO’s even here in San Antonio to aid and facilitate the exploitation and trafficking of over 400,000 children as well as over 15 million illegals into our Country. It was an invasion.
According to testimony by whistleblowers at ORR, “the US was the middleman” for the largest criminal enterprise in the world… human trafficking. All for power and greed. Under the Biden administration an economy flourished for the few while exploiting and enslaving the most vulnerable in our world.
Well, guess what?
They see weakness again as socialism tries to take hold on November 3.
There’s already another caravan forming in Mexico. The left smells blood. They smell weakness. But we are not weak. We are strong! So, don’t mess with Texas. Don’t mess with our children. AND Don’t mess with America.
President Trump won’t allow another invasion!
Governor Abbott won’t allow it.
Our next Senator Ken Paxton won’t allow it.
Dan Patrick won’t allow it.
None of us will allow it.
YES today our Nation is under attack from the left, disguised as progressives, democrat socialists, even moderates.
It’s a zombie apocalypse of democrat/socialists candidates seeking to dismantle America, take away our freedom, our prosperity, our security and to take over our lives.
The ideals of these walking dead come from countries where communism died…where they left empty shelves, empty wallets, and empty churches with the goal of enslaving us and exploiting us for power and greed.
They only seek mediocrity at best for America.. never greatness!
Their slogan is MAMA
Mama in Spanish means to suck!
Mama is Make America Mediocre Again…

If Social Security ends, Gen Z will come after the millions we have in our 401(k). It doesn’t stop there. Jealousy is a sin and it is self-destructive. If they continued to vote for socialists, they will see high taxes like they’ve never seen before. It’s not gonna be pretty.

FHA loans are intended for first-time and low-income homebuyers.
Rather than expand homeownership for American citizens, the Biden Administration allowed these resources to go to illegal aliens, H-1B visas, and non-permanent residents.
Replying to @SecretaryTurner
Prior to HUD’s crackdown, illegal aliens, H-1B visas, and non-permanent residents surged to more than 8% of FHA government-backed mortgages.
This accounts for THOUSANDS of mortgages a year and millions of taxpayer dollars.
