We should not be arresting people for hateful things they say online.

Johnny Mercer pays his wife £45,000 a year to be a secretary.
Employing your spouse/relative was supposed to be banned in 2017.
But they don’t care.
Not only does he employ her, he MASSIVELY overpays her.

MPs were banned from employing ‘connected parties’ from June 2017. However, any MP that employed a connected party prior to that was allowed to continue that employment. Felicity Mercer was employed prior to the changes. So they are not breaking any rules.
