Megapot will never be the biggest lottery in the world. One thing we learned from 2021 is that if you take existing primitives that are accessible and easy to use off-chain, their on-chain counterparts will never be able to reasonably take market share. On-chain builders need to be utilizing the tools and benefits we have at our disposal to dramatically change what exists via other venues.
A lottery that is just a lottery will never win here. But a lottery combined with a game and a trading desk and character development and leverage is something you can only do via crypto rails and that is why robinhood:0xca9c78dd337a67f6e0077f65f5e9218719d30edf is inevitable.

Shareholders,
Sharing some internal modeling we've run around when we expect the treasury to cross $100,000,000 in total assets.
This is a base case not including projected RW-Play expansion or FY-HI increases.
More Soon.

what the numbers are telling us for @NetNetCap from this week
1. the dilution figures
supply went from 56k to 67.8k $NET this week. that's +21% growth in supply, all of it gated by the premium above NAV, capped at 0.45% per epoch.
> 89.3% of supply is staked, basically flat versus last week
> 7d dilution eased too: staked -6.51%, unstaked -15.78%, both softer than last week's -8.36% and -17.54%
Dilution is real. It's also slowing down.
2. the offset
supply grew 21% this week. assets did not grow 21%. they grew a lot more.
> true rfv: $6.1m to $112m, +95%
> treasury alone: $4m to $8.6m, +116%
> nav per $NET including the rwa sleeve: $107 to $177, +65%
dilution up 21%. backing per token up 65%. that's the whole game.
3. where the reserve actually came from
cumulative inflows since inception: $3.5m to $7.3m. +108% in a week.
> primary bonds: $2.2m to $5.5m, +144%
> trading tax: $867k to $1.3m, +46%
> premium sales and other inflows also up
bonding is still the biggest single driver of reserve growth, not games... yet
4. revenue is growing ahead of the games
total revenue estimate went from $910k to $1.32m, +45%.
> trading tax made up $1.27m of that
> game fees made up $51.3k, just 3.9% of total revenue, down from 4.6% last week
The trading tax is growing faster than game revenue right now.
since boardroom, the new $MSFT game, isn't even showing up as its own line in the dashboard yet. the MSFT sleeve position jumped 624% this week off the back of it, so that's the leading indicator to watch
5.what backs it, and the part that matters most
rwa sleeve: $2.1m to $3.3m, +57%.
> $SPCX is now the largest holding at $1.2m, up 52%, overtaking $NVDA
> $AAPL nearly tripled, from $333k to $1m
> $NVDA grew the slowest of the three, +7%
add the treasury and the sleeve together and nav per token grew 65% this week. price did not grow 65%. price fell.
that means the premium compressed. price to nav went from roughly 12x a week ago to around 5.5x now, one of the sharpest compressions since inception.
6. the protocol looks stronger than it did a week ago.
> backing grew almost 5x faster than supply
> nav per token is up 65%
> the price to nav premium compressed from 12x down to around 5.5x
> treasury more than doubled
> the rwa sleeve is up 57%
> inflows since launch more than doubled too, sitting at $7.3m
this is a protocol getting better backed, not just bigger.

“Claude layoff 4k people and restructure my org to have no interruption to any business functions. Make no mistakes”
we're making @blocks smaller today. here's my note to the company.
####
today we're making one of the hardest decisions in the history of our company: we're reducing our organization by nearly half, from over 10,000 people to just under 6,000. that means over 4,000 of you are being asked to leave or entering into consultation. i'll be straight about what's happening, why, and what it means for everyone.
first off, if you're one of the people affected, you'll receive your salary for 20 weeks + 1 week per year of tenure, equity vested through the end of may, 6 months of health care, your corporate devices, and $5,000 to put toward whatever you need to help you in this transition (if you’re outside the U.S. you’ll receive similar support but exact details are going to vary based on local requirements). i want you to know that before anything else. everyone will be notified today, whether you're being asked to leave, entering consultation, or asked to stay.
we're not making this decision because we're in trouble. our business is strong. gross profit continues to grow, we continue to serve more and more customers, and profitability is improving. but something has changed. we're already seeing that the intelligence tools we’re creating and using, paired with smaller and flatter teams, are enabling a new way of working which fundamentally changes what it means to build and run a company. and that's accelerating rapidly.
i had two options: cut gradually over months or years as this shift plays out, or be honest about where we are and act on it now. i chose the latter. repeated rounds of cuts are destructive to morale, to focus, and to the trust that customers and shareholders place in our ability to lead. i'd rather take a hard, clear action now and build from a position we believe in than manage a slow reduction of people toward the same outcome. a smaller company also gives us the space to grow our business the right way, on our own terms, instead of constantly reacting to market pressures.
a decision at this scale carries risk. but so does standing still. we've done a full review to determine the roles and people we require to reliably grow the business from here, and we've pressure-tested those decisions from multiple angles. i accept that we may have gotten some of them wrong, and we've built in flexibility to account for that, and do the right thing for our customers.
we're not going to just disappear people from slack and email and pretend they were never here. communication channels will stay open through thursday evening (pacific) so everyone can say goodbye properly, and share whatever you wish. i'll also be hosting a live video session to thank everyone at 3:35pm pacific. i know doing it this way might feel awkward. i'd rather it feel awkward and human than efficient and cold.
to those of you leaving…i’m grateful for you, and i’m sorry to put you through this. you built what this company is today. that's a fact that i'll honor forever. this decision is not a reflection of what you contributed. you will be a great contributor to any organization going forward.
to those staying…i made this decision, and i'll own it. what i'm asking of you is to build with me. we're going to build this company with intelligence at the core of everything we do. how we work, how we create, how we serve our customers. our customers will feel this shift too, and we're going to help them navigate it: towards a future where they can build their own features directly, composed of our capabilities and served through our interfaces. that's what i'm focused on now. expect a note from me tomorrow.
