@AvantiWestCoast 1/2 PLEASE! - Can you change how you label reserved seats to help passengers find seats. 1. Label where ‘reserved from’ 2. Once train has left the station, change to ‘available’.

@AvantiWestCoast 1/2 On the 18.30 EUS to OXE. Conductor announced before leaving Euston that ‘this is a peak service train, anyone with off peak tickets should either get off, or be prepared to pay to upgrade to a peak ticket’

Or ‘Train Manager’ rather than conductor.

2/2 This is wholly incorrect. Peak only for tickets to PRE. Off peak beyond. A number of confused (including elderly) people frantically got off before we left. How many unnecessarily? Really poor service.

1/3 @manairport Having to pay for a trolley? Really!? It’s not the cost but the hassle of having to make a transaction - even with contactless. (And how many visitors land with a pound coin?) Just looks like squeezing cash at every opportunity. @MayorofGM

3/3 Think about first impressions. Customers just off long flights, don’t even have their bags and are already having to work stuff out. MAKE TRAVEL EASY. On the subject of 1st impressions- the toilets at the station looked like a crime scene on Saturday afternoon. 😞 Disgusting

2/3 Why not have a mantra of ‘Making travel easy’ for your customers? - and if you really need the cash for trolley use, add it on elsewhere like charge the airlines extra. Same goes for drop off charges - not a great customer focused idea. Just bloody annoying.
