In 1994, Ukraine surrendered the world’s third-largest nuclear arsenal stationed on its territory in exchange for security assurances under the Budapest Memorandum, signed by the United States, Britain, and Russia. Today, Ukrainians are being told to surrender even more territory to the very aggressor slaughtering their children. WHAT KIND OF PEACE REWARDS A CHILD KILLER WITH LAND?
