US health insurers had a busy summer. In five months they denied more than $100 billion in claims. 150 million of them.
I bet they're tired. That's a lot of sick people to screw over. Some of them a dozen times.
Kupu had a busy summer too. Real people, real bills, real denials. Thousands of dollars clawed back.
3.1 million rules to catch billing errors. One-button appeals. New design.
Beta cohorts start in October. Free. Every dollar it recovers goes to you. Not to us.
So true. And customers agree. Who doesn’t want ultra high performing but less expensive delivery that consumers love?!?
UPS and Fedex reinforce the need for @pandionpro almost daily

Great Thread. At @pandionpro we utilize this mechanism for nearly all internal and our board meetings. Format works especially well to drive the right discussion and clarify thinking. It also helps if the company is killing it on the top AND bottom line! 😉
This is good. Honest and to the point. Ignore @bgurley’s advice at your peril.

236/ eMarketer expects eComm penetration to near 19% this holiday season vs 17.5% last year
Consider that increase in parcel volumes in an environment where estimates suggest that UPS alone has a capacity shortfall of 5M packages/day prior to the holidays
Was awesome having @spencersoper and @business tell our story and our vision of improving e-commerce deliveries for everyone.

Think about this: for only 49 cents, you can send a letter to any state in the US.
For only 49 cents, an item will get from your hands into someone else'ss, even if they're 5,000 miles away, in a matter of days.
Next to the National Parks, USPS is 1 of America's best inventions
Indeed. And it’s a weird world when retailers take that advise and pray that their customers don’t go elsewhere.
It's a weird world when retailers are advised to prepare customers for inevitable shipping disappointment

I loved this line from @CaptSully in the latest episode of Reimagine: “One of the things I've learned in my life is that our imperfections are not what defines us. Our character is.”

Will retailers “flatten the curve” of eCommerce 2020 Peak Season? Or is this new "holiday" just an attempt to rain on Amazon’s Prime Day parade?
