🚨 NEWS: The amendment to remove the pesticide liability shield language from the Farm Bill WILL be made in order— meaning the full House will get a chance to debate and vote on this before final passage of the farm bill.
Now, it’s not the “Pingree-Massie” Amendment, which had broad bipartisan support. But the text they went with is identical to ours so that’s a win in my book.
This is huge victory, but the fight is far from over.
Thank you thank you to everyone — including the #MAHA activists who raised hell and said loud and clear: we cannot support a Farm Bill that puts chemical company profits over the health of Americans!

Weather warfare is raging across the US and the world, extreme weather whiplash is now the norm. “The US just had its warmest March ever, by a historic margin” (ABC News). “Heat Wipes Out Western Snowpack, Raising Fears of Drought, Wildfire (New York Times). ‘It’s incredibly bad’: No end in sight to Colorado River water crisis” (WyoFile). What’s wrong with this picture? These radically extreme contrasts are not nature, they are the result of climate engineering operations. In the collision zone of these engineered extremes unstable atmospheric conditions will result. This, in turn, will spawn extreme storms, extreme hail and tornadoes. Geoengineering operations are core to this equation, there is no place to hide. Do you object?

In our case against FDA, the Court just ordered FDA to produce an additional million pages of Pfizer C19 trial documents that FDA tried to hide from the public. Another giant win for transparency.
FDA wanted 75+ years to produce these documents and is has worked very hard to get there, this time by hiding a million pages from the Court and the plaintiff.
FDA clearly lacks confidence in the review it conducted to license Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine because it is doing everything possible to prevent independent scientists from conducting an independent review.
In his decision and order today, Judge Pittman quoted Patrick Henry: “The liberties of a people never were, nor ever will be, secure, when the transactions of their rulers may be concealed from them.” We should all be grateful to Judge Pittman for siding with transparency.

CDC just published its 2025 vaccine schedules. We have now gone from 7 routine vaccine injections in 1986 to over 200 routine vaccine injections in 2025.
In 1986, before vaccine makers had broad immunity to liability for injuries, CDC's schedule had 7 routine childhood injections and none for adults or pregnant women.
CDC's 2025 schedule has 5 routine injections during pregnancy, over 70 routine childhood injections (birth to age 18), and over 130 routine adult injections (up to age 79). Counting non-routine injections, there are even more.

I am an old-school environmentalist -- a lover and protector of nature. The Democrats obsess about counting CO2, while neglecting urgent issues such as the chemicals in our food, soil, and water. Ironically, many carbon-motivated environmental policies actually harm the environment. Offshore wind damages marine animals, especially whales. Mining for lithium, coltran, silver, copper, rare earths etc. to make batteries is laying waste to vast ecosystems. I have found to my surprise that many people on the Trump team, including President Trump himself, care about the same environmental issues I do. Furthermore, these issues can help to unify our nation -- because almost everyone wants clean air, water, food, and soil. Almost everyone values thriving ecosystems and wildlife. Environment was a unifying issue in the 1960s, supported by Democrats and Republicans alike. I am committed to reviving that consensus in the next Trump administration.
