Good morning. The @NYKnicks are NBA Champions. #AlwaysKnicks
Does anyone else’s ex “stalk” them on LinkedIn from their new jobs corporate LinkedIn profile?
Or am I just 1 of 1? 😅
Both of the people in these messages are exhausting and need to be kept away from the general public 🤦♂️

Annabel Richter was a 19 year old FIT student. She was fed fentanyl by a man named Moises Friere who told her it was cocaine. Friere knew what he was doing — he gave the drugs to two female students and didn’t take any himself. While Annabel was overdosing, Friere stripped off her clothes, took photos of her naked body, and then raped her instead of calling for help.
Because of what he did, she is dead.
There are no “I am Jane Doe” rallies for Annabel Richter. There is no daily coverage of her death on CNN. There are no New York Times investigations creating timelines of her last day. Unless you read local crime news in New York City, you will not have heard about this case.
Why is Cornell’s Jane Doe of so much more interest to mainstream news than FIT’s Annabel Richter? Perhaps because news loves to create narratives about predatory white male college students and refuses to make national-news villains of men like Friere, who commit most of the actual crime in places like New York City.
The NYT and CNN aren’t lying when they do 50 stories about Jane Doe and zero about Annabel Richter. They’re just exercising editorial judgment about which parts of the news you need to hear.

Usually I would clown the security guard for being a sensitive Nancy in this situation but wtf is good with @MontezFordWWE here??? This is beyond weird, even for him
A Cook County sheriff's officer is suing WWE after wrestler Montez Ford gave him a lap dance during a live Monday Night Raw. Noel Lucas, 24 years in law enforcement, was working an off-duty security post outside the ring. He says nobody told him he'd be part of the act.
The announcers called him Paul Blart on air and said he "clearly hates fun."
Then WWE clipped the moment and pushed it to TikTok and Instagram, where it pulled more than 300,000 views. Lucas says he got mocked at his courthouse job and his kids got ridiculed at school.
The suit lists 14 counts, including battery and a claim under Illinois' Gender Violence Act. Filed this week in Cook County.

$18M a year to work 4 hours a day for about 19 days a year…
That’s absolute insanity and crazy negligence
Joe Buck and Troy Aikman had an argument before Monday night's Rams-Bills game over tension surrounding their ESPN contract situations, per @sportsrapport.
Buck recently agreed to a new 6-year deal worth approximately $108M, while Aikman has yet to receive an extension offer. Aikman's contract expires after this season, and his future at ESPN remains uncertain.
The disagreement eventually de-escalated, and the two went on to call the game without viewers noticing anything unusual.

Derek Jeter walked up to bat at the 2010 All-Star Game in Anaheim to a voice that had gone silent two days earlier.
Bob Sheppard announced Yankees games from 1951 until illness ended his career in 2007.
Jeter asked to keep Sheppard's recorded introduction, and it played before his home at bats through his final game at Yankee Stadium in September 2014.
Sheppard died in July 2010, two days before that All-Star Game. A quieter, classier tribute from a player is hard for me to picture.
