People - the debt will be inflated away but not all stores of wealth will be accessible to you. IMF paper documents the whole incoming regime of Financial Repression. You may see a balance in your brokerage or bank, but you will not be able to spend it.
Overview
The Western governments owe $100 trillions of dollars of debt. They can never pay this debt. They have no choice but to inflate it away as they did after the World Wars. This goes for all Western governments. First understand the basic mechanism of money supply expansion, QE.
Quantitive Easing or QE is a term used often but understood by very few.
It is simply the central bank (or Federal Reserve in the US) buying bad debt from other government debt holders. It can be called debt monetization and is mostly called “money printing”.
QE increases the size of the central bank (Feds) Balance Sheet.
But why does this cause inflation? Why do they call this inflating the debt away?
The answer is because prices go up because more money is bidding for the same goods and services so the price of these goods and services bids up.
The people pay for the debt with inflation and Financial Repression locks them from accessing the inflated assets.
The IMF just released their new paper “The Coming Great Repression”.
This is Financial Repression and its coming fast.
The governments will lock all exits from the fiat dollar/euro/yen systems then inflate the supplies to monetize the debt.
The early years before the events will be an attack on self sovereign assets and anything that shields wealth from government control.
The main stream media never even reported on this paper.
There will be an attack on Western citizen wealth.
Self Custody crypto and physical gold are the only lifeboats for wealth preservation under this incoming regime.
Look for more self custody FUD campaigns and more pressure to move to controlled custodial solutions behind “logins”.
There will be capital controls and guard rails around regulated custodial stores of value (banks, money markets, stocks and brokers) so you will not be able to withdraw or use your wealth even though you technically can see it.
This has begun in the UK and is rolling out towards 2030.
Remember just because you can see your bank balance does not mean you can spend it. That is Financial Repression an its a high probability outcome according to the IMF.
Hedge now into self custody L1 network stake and Bitcoin.
Not ETFs. Not treasury companies. Self custody.

Fiat Games.
The $100 trillion Zimbabwe note has appreciated 24x more than the US dollar since 2011.
You would have been better off saving in a defunct, worthless currency than dollars.
This is the way
Traditional stores of value, like land, gold, oil, and equities carry a monetary premium beyond their practical use, and the chain of custody for that premium has historically been enforced by militaries, courts, and bloodshed. Bitcoin proposes to transpose that same premium into cyberspace as a digital synthetic commodity (satoshis), so that the defense of wealth shifts from human lives under the rule of law to electricity and open code under proof-of-work. The claim is that replacing the cost of war with the cost of an electricity bill is worth every watt, because monetized wealth no longer has to be secured by killing.
This Thanksgiving you should have this discussion with your family to wake them up.

The $40T US government debt won't be paid off
The US government will default by debasing the dollar
By the time the debts mature, the dollar will be worth nearly nothing, and youll still get whatever the face value is on the debt
Eg. You gave the US $100 today, you'll get back $100 in 30 years but that $100 will be worth $0.10.

🚨 Former IRS Special Agent Joe Banister says he hasn’t filed a federal income tax return since after 1998. He isn't in jail.
Joe Banister shares his account of leaving the IRS in 1999, being indicted in 2004 on charges tied to amended returns he prepared for a client, and being acquitted on all four counts in 2005. He also discusses his book, his views on how the tax code defines key terms, and his claims about IRS computer systems. Joe and I also talk about the national debt and why we believe Americans should stay informed and engaged with their government.

This is what no one calculates and it's an ass kicker.
$625k home
20% down-payment
$500k mortgage
With a 7.25% interest rate and a 30-year term, you are paying $727,917.30 in interest.
The $625,000 house cost you $1,352,910.30
This is equal to a $3,758 monthly rental payment, plus you pay for maintenance and repairs.
Houses cost so much because people can borrow money that's created with the press of a button to buy them.
If everyone had to pay in cash for their home, prices would drop significantly.
Most people think mortgages are designed to help them.
But NO.
Mortgages are designed to earn profits for banks.

Life's meant to be lived by trying, succeeding, and failing on your own terms. When we disincentivize pursuing dreams and growth, we diminish our ability to envision and build something more. Don't let your potential be leveraged away. #PersonalGrowth #Empowerment
