Nowhere in human history has running ever been a requirement, but your health certainly benefits from it. The distance you choose to run is up to you. She died doing something she chose, something she loved. Stop exploiting her death for Elon coin baiting. Have some respect.
Very impressive set of people I aspire to be like. Exemplary conduct.
Would get a Road Scholarship at Wolmer’s

To any runner who is new to marathon and is training for an upcoming Marathon, it is advised not to get influenced by runners of Instagram.
Train as per your capacity, run as per your own comfortable pace, focus on adequate diet, nutrition and rest.
This instagram run culture is damaging than being helpful for new runners.
Or better join a running group nearby to learn the nuances of long distance running.
Allow people to legally do stuff that makes them happy
Unless you're a full-time elite runner, what's the point of running 42 km? I run every day but stick to 8–10 km, because I know my body's limits.
Running 42 km is extreme. Athletes prepare for years under professional supervision and medical support. As a working professional, you can't expect your heart & blood streams to withstand that physical stress.
Eat healthy, work out daily, and maintain a healthy BMI. That's what a normal working professional should aim for. Social media is creating a narrative that if you’re not running a marathon, you’re not healthy, never fall for that trap. Always know the limitations pf your body.
What a tragic loss of life!
Living in London you’ll be walking next to someone and they randomly start doing this short run to nowhere. My inner Jamaican almost punched someone
This tweet and subsequent exchange with two politicians, shows you how real online political swarming is for Jamaica 😂😂
Citizens in a functioning democracy are supposed to provide feedback and constructive criticism. They are supposed to expect transparency and accountability.
If you are paid by taxpayers then you work FOR the taxpayers which is why these people are called Public Servants.
However, we have seen far too many countries where these people are Self-serving and lash out at those who ask questions or make suggestions.
They enrich themselves and their friends through politics.
My generation and the generation mine after will not tolerate what generations before us tolerated.
We are fed up.
Let’s be part of the change rather than just complain on social media.
Show up and vote.
Dude sounds like a Joe Rogan podcast episode
George reacts to Beenie Man's comments on the government's handling of Hurricane Melissa relief fund.
#CHOL
It’s pretty odd behavior indeed.
Criticize and you get swarmed by a bunch of accounts like enemy NPCs in a video game.

Seeing a sitting Jamaican MP get this triggered by a basic call for government transparency and accountability tells you everything you need to know.
Replying to @julietcuthbert
I am referring to the USA and the elections going on right now.
If you feel that any of what I said applies to Jamaica then that would be very telling and you would have to consider why you felt a stone was flung in your direction.
Why certain people quoting @DuncanAdley tweets with AI assisted rebuttals ?😂😂

Government officials proactively discouraging citizens from openly expressing dissent would actually be alarming in many other places you know
