Keep seeing comments on this new added time rule change. It’s maybe not as drastic as everyone is making out.
An average PL game is 98 mins. A change to 105 mins is a 7% increase.
Average EPT is 54 mins. This could increase to 58 mins. Meaning only an extra 4min EPT per game.

Please pass this around. We're interested in what wearable tech runners (and their coaches) use. Why do you use it and what you do with the data - do you use it for planning, prescription, monitoring or nothing?
Middle to long-distance runners and coaches, we are interested in your use of wearable technology so we can better understand how data is used in running. Please spare 10mins to complete this survey: northumbria.onlinesurveys.ac…

Really enjoyed this, it’s a sign of a good podcast when you come away questioning your current practice.
What are we recovering from? What are we recovering for? And what are the long term effects? Important questions, particularly for Academy football.
Take a listen to latest @support_champs podcast where I talk to @GlynHowatson about adaptation & recovery.
I'm hearing of all sorts of coaching conversations sparking after the episode - which is great to hear and exactly why we create them!
