Everything pumping at once usually doesn't last.
Seen this movie before. Sitting on hands until it actually sticks. @matt_bern8 been saying the same.

Tariff headline risk is real if it drops tonight.
Last time the reaction was brutal and fast. @matt_bern8 been saying these announcements can gap the tape hard.
Bitcoin dumped hard on the hot PPI then ripped $2,800 in a couple hours and fully erased it.
That’s the kind of recovery that makes you wonder who’s still short. Most people are still staring at the first move.
Hot prints + rising unemployment.
Fed is stuck either way.
Hike and crush growth, or pause and let inflation run hotter.
No clean exit. Most people still acting like soft landing is locked in.
KEVIN WARSH IS NOW IN A HUGE DILEMMA.
Today, PPI and Core PPI data were released, and it was really bad.
PPI spiked to 6.3%, its highest level in 45 months, while Core PPI hit a 44-month high.
Yesterday, CPI and Core CPI also came higher than expected, which indicates that the inflation is still not under control.
Now, the easiest thing for the Fed to do is hike rates, but there's one big problem.
The job market has also started to weaken as unemployment rose to 4.2%.
If the Fed hikes rates here, it could bring inflation, but the job market and economic productivity will get hammered.
If Fed pause rates, the job market could stabilize, but inflation could run even higher and will eventually force the Fed to become even more hawkish just like in 2022.
Banks can close your account just because they don’t like your politics or beliefs. No fraud, no missed payments—just vibes.
The biggest ones did it for years. They say it’s fixed. Do you trust that?
Your money. Your control. Or theirs?
What are you doing about it?
🚨Nine major US banks denied services to customers based on their political or religious beliefs, per CBS News.
JPMorgan, Bank of America and Citigroup were among the banks named.
US banking regulator, OCC reviewed over 100,000 financial complaints between 2020 and 2025 after an executive order was passed by President Trump.
Investigators found that WePay, a payment processor owned by JPMorgan, used political keywords like "MAGA," "America First" and "Make America Great" to flag merchants.
Banks also restricted services to businesses involved in crypto, oil exploration and coal mining.
The main reason was to protect their reputation by avoiding customers associated with controversial businesses or beliefs.
JPMorgan denied discriminating based on individual's personal beliefs but admitted WePay's processes fell short. It said those issues were corrected, and WePay no longer operates.
No fines or penalties have been imposed yet, but regulators are considering stricter rules on when banks can deny services.
CPI Wednesday Notes
Markets have softened a bit the last couple sessions heading into tomorrow’s number, with SPX still sitting right around the 7800 zone and QQQ back near 743. If those levels hold after the print, the path is open for a push into Friday — SPX toward 7850 and QQQ reclaiming the mid-750s both look realistic on a constructive reaction.
Memory names got hit but showed some bid after the morning flush. MU tested the low 930s and bounced; holding above ~950 keeps 980–1000 in play by the end of the week. SNDK dipped under 1410 before recovering — a clean move back over 1500 would open the door to 1550–1575.
META has been the relative strength name, clearing the 750 area and closing near 763. Structure still looks like it’s coiling for a bigger move toward 800, with room beyond that if momentum sticks.
Reaction to the print will set the tone. Trade well.

Excited to share our new preprint describing a novel chronic model of infection for Acinetobacter. We can now study secondary/polymicrobial infections, test antibiotic treatments for days and discover virulence factors required for persistent infections
