Catch them being good, keep the relationships affective, positive and productive. This is all the rewards slips issued so far... what do you think a good whole school unexpected reward would be? #Wellspring @SpringwellHarr1

I cannot emphasise how well the year 11s have done with this raft of exams. A truly amazing group of young people. The Spartans had NOTHING on these guys. Absolute legends. Well done. #wellspring #ThisIsAP

We are super proud of the year 11 students who sat their Functional Skills papers today. They have come so far it is unbelievable. The strength of will and resilience it took these guys to get here is amazing. Well done!

Be prepared for me spamming the world with photos of the amazing artwork outside school in different lights and through the seasons. We need to create attractive spaces for our students, and this is another huge step for us as a centre! #wellspring #thisisap

One of the students, using our micro gym asked the question "Why is everything for legs Mr B?" I did t have a useful answer so I am putting out a request... does anyone have any gym equipment going spare which works the arms?

100% from start to finish cornflake tart in the style of 1980s school dinners through the lens of modern Britain (nutella) what a brilliant way for that young person to finish the week. #baking #ThisIsAp #amazing

Art happening in the bunker, I am told it is inspired by the work of #daisyparris. I am not allowed in the room... taken sneakily! #wellspring #ThisIsAP

We set the task to produce a set of nails with the theme of Remembrance. Two of our pupils produced some beautiful practical work using varnish & diamantes. 💅 #AQAUnitAwards #HairAndBeauty #WowWednesday @SpringwellHarr1

“In my early professional years I was asking the question: How can I treat, or cure, or change this person? Now I would phrase the question in this way: How can I provide a relationship which this person may use for his own personal growth?” ― Carl R. Rogers
