🎉 Excited to share that our review paper on learning-based dynamics models for robotic manipulation is finally out in Science Robotics @SciRobotics! 🤖
Led by my former mentee @BoAi0110, this paper is especially meaningful to me. It builds on the structure of my PhD thesis and reflects years of thinking, experiments, and collaborations.
We review key works on learning-based dynamics models, explore how the environment and dynamics can be represented at different levels of abstraction, situate these ideas within the broader context of robotic manipulation research, and highlight important open challenges and future directions.
If you are curious about where this field is heading, both scientifically and practically, I’d love for you to give it a read!
