An additional question in first triage might help:
'Is the person you're calling about being cared for using an EoL care plan?' could re-route these calls.

🚨 Update: the ticket office consultation has been extended to September 1.
A longer consultation is by no means a solution. But it does mean more time to make it clear to government that these proposed changes are dangerous and discriminatory.
