Robot Master Design: Nerve Woman
My take based on the template provided, a nerve cell based electric lass who's a bit on the wiry side.

ALT NERVE WOMAN A robot made for data archival and digital security. Built with several neural cores installed in her body to greatly enhance her processing power, spatial awareness and electric conductivity. Unfortunately, as a side effect, this causes her to be paranoid and scatterbrained, and prone to being overstimulated. Her nerve tendril can absorb and emit data and energy. It's also surrounded by a conductive gel that is highly adhesive, and can stick to robots and terrain alike.
Suddenly not feeling guilty about not posting online as much, especially here.
