Our scene has lost a giant today. It is impossible to overstate Near's contributions. Their passion and attention to detail was unrivaled and an inspiration to so many of us to do what we do today. We mourn the loss of a great mind and celebrate what they have given to us.
The programmer Near is best known for historic work on SNES emulation. That only happened because of an old JRPG game he's tried to localize five times. bit.ly/3t197CA

The 3DS versions of DGS1+2 have returned to eShop! Both were updated with the exact same script changes as their mobile counterparts. The respective version numbers are 1.2.0 for DGS1 and 1.1.0 for DGS2. You can safely ignore this if you're using our patches.
Capcom has restored DGS1+2 to most digital storefronts - with some surprising changes!
