Initially developed over a decade ago as a way to not be mentally present during ruck marches, Goblin Con Juice is a Combat Veteran tested and approved drink that continues development, with the most recent adjustment made for offkai, as I continue the path of degeneracy and aging. In a 3L camelbak, combine 2L of pedialyte advanced care plus- the extra electrolytes ones- and 1L of rum- i prefer spiced, and go cheap here. Then (this is the new bit) put about 3-6 large spoonfuls of benefiber powder in, shake to combine. The pedialyte keeps you hydrated, but do drink water alongside this, the rum gets you drunk, and the fiber helps hold your guts together. You should drink this slowly over the course of a full day. It tastes a little odd, kind of like very salty juice, but that goes well with sweet rum, while still keeping a flinch reaction to keep from drinking it too fast. Also relatively cheap, I made three of them for under $100. And can generally carry it anywhere, no one's gonna stop the person being responsible and hydrating.
