They say that, but sometimes the people need to be slowed down. The people saying “let me level the way I want” are the same people in 2 weeks complaining “there’s no content!” After they blasted the 3 months of content they were supposed to have in that time.

Halloween Masks exist purely for RP purposes. You attend a Halloween party with your guild so you equip a funny mask for that evening. They are not used for anything else. I am not wasting 200 tenders on an item I'll wear MAYBE once per year. Let alone 1200 tenders.
