Because @TwitterSafety chooses to do nothing about the “Retired entrepreneurship, Aspiring philanthropist” scammers from Tennessee, @Donald_E8, by posting his own fake giveaway about 90 minutes ago, just added to the total of these scam accounts pretending to give money away.

Everyone's grammar and spelling is bad these days but scammers usually make very common errors. Words that are misspelled and out of place, verb tense is wrong, plurals where they shouldn't be, etc.
