➡️ What an incredible @ScalehTech Live #TechTalk last Friday.! ➡️ I had the privilege of hosting healthcare's four most respected #data and #AI leaders- Caroline Chung, Mark Jackson, Sarang Deshpande, and Nick Yaitsky on an essential topic that is at the core of every #HealthcareAI conversation right now: ✅️ AI got fast. Data didn't. ➡️ We unpacked the root cause of the gap between AI ambition and AI-ready data and how to fix it. Outcomes that matters and health system expects. ➡️ We talked about how CDAO, CAIO ( Chief AI Officer) role is changing itself and whether Chief Data and AI leaders be two separate roles or fold into one. And of course, governance, clinician trust, culture, and the AI ready workforce. ➡️ An enlightening conversation. If I have to summarize one single takeaway ( which is very hard) that is : ✅️ The health systems that will move ahead over the next 1–3 years will not be the ones with the finest collection of AI tools. They will be the ones with the strongest data foundation ( including interop), the clearest governance, the deepest clinician trust, and a trained AI-ready workforce with a culture of adoption built around it. ➡️ I want to sincerely thank my dear panellists Caroline, Mark, Sarang, and Nick for practical, honest actionable insights that anyone can take and apply at their health system.
