Felt compelled to speak on the @LuxuryPranks @ScaleLabNetwork situation due to their content being a huge part of my channel & speaking with Parker directly over the years. In my over 10 years on YT I’ve both experienced & seen my fair share of MCNs taking advantage of creators.
It is possible for a MCN to delay or even hold payments from a creator, I’ve had it happen to me & know others from diff MCNs who have as well. The Defy Media situation was exactly that. Also if Pranks Network is your partner & subnetwork, you are still involved in this.
We have all docs proving we provided Pranks Network with in-time payouts. Pranks Network provided us with such documents proving they paid "Life of Luxury" all their earnings as well. Parker knows it.
There’s no misinformation. Your VP of Oeprations and Strategy claimed we were forming an updated deal in 2019. Then, your company and your subnetwork ‘bait and switched’ us to an older, more aggressive contract with your subnetwork. Then stole 6 months of our earnings.
Furthermore, the COO emphasizes that your accusations are misdirected and offers you a meeting to resolve the issue from our side.
Why don't you agree to this? We would be happy to resolve this situation because creators and reputation are very important to us
And why is it a problem to you? You started a hate campaign with no substantive evidence to back it up. That is why the company has the right to go to court to stop the defamation.
