We all know this is already being done through aviation in the troposphere, we see our skies littered with lines become a white out, however, the planning for SAI up in the stratosphere is in a high gear, implementing the same technology (because why not? it’s being allowed, there are no rules laws or regulations ) just far more advanced, aiming to use sulfuric acid, or amorphous silica, or whatever the days made scientist’s mix is, to block out the sun up to three years at a time.
This is the second International patent (Stardust Solutions) filed this year on how to use aircraft to deploy aerosols into the stratosphere (higher than where commercial airplanes fly).
A PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) lets an applicant file one international application that reserves the right to seek patents in 150+ countries.
After the PCT is published, 18 months after filing, the applicant must choose which countries they want protection in and enter the national phase in each one (normally by 30–31 months from the priority date). Each country’s patent office then independently examines the application and decides whether to grant a patent in that country.

$20.5M SilverLining, Update #3 ✈️ From 2018 - 2026 they have moved from climate intervention R&D, to SAI governance work, to filing an international patent (PCT, Patent Cooperation Treaty) to deploy SAI aerosols using turbine engines/exhaust.
January 2026: WO2026010683A2 (“Aerosol technology”) covers systems that inject liquid aerosol materials or precursors, primarily SULFURIC ACID (H2SO4) or sulfate into the combustor or exhaust duct of turbine engines on aircraft.
This is extremely similar in purpose to Stardust Solutions’ July 2026, recent PCT patent for airborne dispersal of reflective particles from aircraft. WO2026139957A2.
The hot engine gases mix with and evaporate the material to form controlled sulfate aerosols that can reflect sunlight.
It also allows other materials such as nitric acid and ammonia, or solid aerosols.
Systems include spray bars, splash plates, superheated flash-atomization nozzles, transverse jets, V-gutters, and exhaust plume manipulators so the material mixes and evaporates properly with the hot engine gases/exhaust. Controllable injectors plus real-time sensors and feedback adjust particle size and output.
The patent focuses on the aircraft engine technology and control systems and also notes the technology could apply to ships, ground plants, or balloons.
SilverLining founded in 2018 by Kelly Wanser. In May 2024 they announced $20.5 million in funding from foundations including the Quadrature Climate Foundation and Pritzker Innovation Fund.

I have close friends who have been reinstated after refusing the mandated COVID vaccines. You stated how they were treated was wrong and allowed them back with back pay, some with additional rank. That’s why I’m writing you.
I’m being told that military members are still facing vaccine requirements, and the new mRNA flu shot is part of the schedule some commands are treating as mandatory. I implore you to stand up for our volunteer warfighters. They are willing to stand against our enemies. They should not be forced to stand against mandated medical products in the name of ideology or “greater good” science.
Throw these products out, or at minimum halt any mandate that regresses basic rights. As a service member I took every shot when I was young because I believed it was for the greater good. As an adult paramedic who has seen the damage firsthand, I’ve grown enough to write this request.
Please stand with and for our soldiers, Marines, airmen, sailors, Space Force, and Coast Guard. They already carry enough without being forced into decisions that can affect their health for the rest of their lives.

(ii) the United States Strategy for Collaborative Management of Migration in the Region (the “Collaborative Management Strategy”).
According to the White House Transition Project (2009), “ideally, the national security advisor serves as an honest broker of policy options for the president in the field of national security, rather than as an advocate for his or her own policy agenda.”

Lee Zeldin is warning that entities are releasing balloons with Sulfur Dioxide in and engaging in “stratospheric aerosol injection”. They are attempting to raise $60 million for a “mass deployment” to give them control over weather.
They don’t even need permission from the government to do it.
This could cause acid rain which raises environmental and health concerns for Americans.
He also confirmed that cloud seeding is still happening across the country and it’s been going on for a long time.

Alan Kohler, the FBI head of counter-intelligence who organized the Mar-a-Lago Raid, worked with Gina Haspel in London and together they ran the op against Donald Trump which started in 2015.
Kohler came to see me in Cambridge, England back in 2015, just as Donald Trump announced his candidacy. Kohler was introduced to me as a PhD candidate. I now know this was a so-called "bump", a CIA operation run to meet people and set them up.
Later, I was falsely portrayed by the CIA and the FBI as a Russian spy who recruited President Trump's National Security Advisor--in a plot to overthrow President Trump.

They were mapping in real time:
1. President Trump's contacts with his legal defense team, identifying which lawyers called at what time of day.
2. Journalists. My calls as a reporter for Just the News were flagged. So were the New York Times and ABC News.

Stardust Solutions deployment plan: to spray 1Mt -10Mt of aerosols high into the stratosphere, above the troposphere where planes normally fly. Up there the air barely moves, so the particles would stay stagnant and drift, reflecting sunlight and dimming the Earth.
12/24, Stardust Solutions International Patent “Aerial Dispersal of Reflective Particles.” (not approved) WO2026139957A2, “Airborne system for deagglomeration, dispersal and characterization of particles.” The powder would sit in the fuselage.
Compressed air would pull it through Venturi nozzles, break up clumps, and blow it out into the jet’s. The patent covers a feeder and a sprayer that take power and compressed air from the airplane and release reflective particles, about 0.1 to 1 micrometer, into the stratosphere.
Air would come from bottles in tests, engine bleed air, or a dedicated unit with its own intake.
The planes listed are modified small jets, airliners, or a purpose-built aircraft.

Blood pressure 135/85. Cholesterol 210. Fasting blood sugar 105. BMI of 26.
In 1996 that was a clean bill of health and a handshake. Today the same man, with the same blood, is hypertensive, has high cholesterol, is prediabetic and overweight. Four diagnoses, and he never caught a thing.
1997: the line for diabetes drops from 140 to 126. 1.7 million new diabetics by morning.
1997: high blood pressure drops from 160/100 to 140/90. 13 million new patients.
1998: high cholesterol drops from 240 to 200. 42 million new patients.
1998: overweight drops from a BMI of 27 to 25. 29 million people go to bed normal and wake up with a weight problem.
