Whenever @SouthwarkLabour embark on yet another demolition/rebuild programme following the Heygate disaster they always imply we’ve learnt our lessons - reminds us a bit of Homer’s continued attempts at doing the same thing but thinking there’s going to be a different outcome 🙄
