That would only give them an excuse to turn libraries into 'business hubs'. Even the British Library has to have one: why? In order to attract funding in a materialist world.

In Barnet, they’ve reduced libraries in size, removed books and replaced librarians with security guards. Usage is down over 50% since they removed the soul from our libraries.
They overspent by millions on this exercise and have yet to make a savings.

I used to work in GG library: when I saw what they had done to it, especially trashing the children's library, so important for the local charedi families, I literally cried with rage. Most of our job was helping people: security guards are not meant to do this or trained for it.
