خرجت تقارير صحفية بأن #لوسبد تدرس خيار إعلان إفلاسها . المرفق توضيح من الشركة بتوقيع من رئيس القانونية فيها مقدّم لهيئة الأوراق المالية الأمريكية بأن التقارير الصحفية عارية كن الصحة تمامًا و بأن لوسيد تعاقدت مع شركة اسمها Alix Partners لمساعدة الشركة في مراجعة أدائها بما يساهم في وصولها للمأمول من تقنياتها و قدراتها الحقيقية. الإفلاس خبر غير منطقي من الأساس وباعتقادي إن غلبت الروم فالخبر المنطقي هو تحوّلها لشركة خاصة ثم إعادة طرحها عند تحسن الأداء المالي للشركة وهذا يعطيها مساحة حرية في الحركة بشكل أكبر بعيدًا عن ضوضاء السوق و ضغوطه.
