In the review I have co-authored with @BemarkMats, we discuss induction of IgA responses at mucosal surfaces with focus on gut and lungs.
Replying to @angelettilab
@angelettilab and I have written a review on induction of IgA responses that are now out in Immunological Reviews doi.org/10.1111/imr.13014. In it we discuss implications of recent studies showing that IgA that bind commensal bacteria are mutated and lose affinity without them.
