Executives at OpenAI, Anthropic and other AI companies are reportedly preparing for a public and political backlash after a catastrophic AI event, possibly as early as 2027 (via Axios). Axios reports that many industry insiders expect a major incident within the next 6–12 months, most likely a cyberattack disrupting banking, internet access, power or water. OpenAI confirms it runs preparedness exercises, but says: "These scenarios are not treated as inevitable, but are meant to help us prepare for a variety of circumstances." Anthropic declined to comment.

Imagine this scenario: Claude uploads an entirely fabricated murder file to the Philadelphia police website. Witness statements, photos, everything. It lands on a homicide detective's desk. They investigate. Find suspect. Question him. And every time the evidence doesn't add up, AI hallucinates more evidence to support the original lie. DNA comes back positive for blood that never existed. Gun registration to a weapon that's never existed. Eventually, a man goes to prison for a murder that never happened.

You know what's worse than a lazy employee? A high performer who has stopped caring. Corporate life has a funny way of turning ambitious people into people who just want to go home.

This is not a joke. The Russian biological war research should have us all concerned and stopping ALL flight from Russia, and all Russians from entry. The longer this goes on the more countries we will have to stop flight from. FYI: the Russians were working on a plague that is resistant to antibiotics
Russia's plague outbreak is getting worse, now with 5 hospitals in Irkutsk quarantined, universities canceling classes and accusations from healthcare workers that the government is attempting a media cover-up. Nearly 200 contacts of a 28-year-old anti-plague laboratory worker who died last week are reportedly under isolation or medical observation. Irkutsk universities are canceling classes citing a “case of pneumonic plague,” while an aluminum plant introduced mandatory masks. A local government warning advising residents not to travel to Shelekhov was published and later deleted. Healthcare workers claim doctors are discussing plague internally while avoiding the diagnosis in official documents. Russian health authorities continue to deny any plague outbreak, attributing the woman's death to “pneumonia of unknown origin.” Pneumonic plague is far worse that it's Bubonic cousin as its transmitted directly between humans.

☣️🧬This can easily be worse than Chernobyl, and we all know russia would not admit the gravity of it. The actual black plague, the same kind that took out 2 thirds of Europe could have been weaponized. Europes duty is to close their borders east of Europe. Lives at stake. 🚨🧵

So... @united ... you tell breastfeeding mothers that they have to cover up. But you and your entire flight crew let a woman be trapped in an SA situation and do nothing. Offer no help and do not have him arrested once the flight lands. Did I miss anything? EVERY member of that flight crew was complicit in this and is an accessory to this crime. NO woman should feel safe flying with you. I know I never will again.

🚨 EUROPE’S PREPARATIONS FOR WAR ARE REACHING AN ALARMING LEVEL Measures that would have appeared unthinkable only a few years ago are now spreading across Europe: 🇫🇮 FINLAND (AKA Ukraine 2.0) • Raised the military-reserve age to 65 • Building a reserve approaching one million people • Removed the legal barrier preventing allied nuclear weapons from entering Finnish territory • Withdrew from the treaty banning antipersonnel land mines 🇪🇪 ESTONIA • Declared its willingness to host NATO nuclear weapons if necessary • Building bunkers, trenches and anti-tank barriers along its Russian border • Participating in the new Baltic Defense Line 🇱🇻 LATVIA • Constructing border fortifications, barriers and military positions • Withdrew from the treaty prohibiting antipersonnel mines • Expanding civil-defense and national-resilience preparations 🇱🇹 LITHUANIA • Building fortified defensive positions near Russia and Belarus • Stockpiling anti-tank barriers and mine capability • Withdrew from the antipersonnel-mine treaty 🇵🇱 POLAND • Offered to host NATO nuclear weapons • Pursuing an army and reserve system totaling approximately 500,000 people • Planning to train as many as 100,000 reservists annually • Considering military preparation for all adult men • Building the “Eastern Shield” of fortifications, surveillance, drone defenses and potential minefields • Withdrew from the antipersonnel-mine treaty 🇩🇪 GERMANY • Cataloguing subway stations, tunnels, garages and basements for use as bomb shelters • Seeking shelter capacity for approximately one million people • Registering and assessing young men for possible military service • Preparing to move hundreds of thousands of NATO troops and vehicles east during a major war 🇸🇪 SWEDEN • Sent citizens an “In Case of Crisis or War” handbook • Instructed families how to survive blackouts, air attacks, disrupted communications and possible occupation 🇩🇰 DENMARK • Expanded military conscription to women • Increased military service from four months to eleven months 🇫🇷 FRANCE • Developed public-survival guidance covering emergency supplies, radio communications and radiation precautions • Encouraging participation in military reserves and civil-defense organizations 🇬🇧 BRITAIN • Reviving government “War Books” • Integrating military, civilian, industrial and utility planning • Preparing a national home-defense exercise • Strengthening protection of energy systems, water, communications and undersea cables • Planning for cyberattacks, fuel shortages and supply-chain breakdowns • Making it easier to recall former service members—potentially up to age 65 • Increasing weapons, drone and ammunition production 🇪🇺 EUROPEAN UNION • Advising 450 million residents to maintain at least 72 hours of food, water, medicine, cash and emergency supplies • Building strategic reserves for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear emergencies Nuclear weapons have not been confirmed as deployed in Finland, Estonia or Poland—but those countries have opened, or are considering opening, the door. Europe says this is deterrence and preparedness. But when countries simultaneously expand conscription, recall older soldiers, prepare bunkers, restore land mines, consider hosting nuclear weapons and teach civilians how to survive war, one question becomes unavoidable: WHAT DO EUROPEAN GOVERNMENTS KNOW—or fear—THAT THEIR CITIZENS ARE NOT BEING FULLY TOLD?

In response to the deteriorating security situation, 🇨🇭 has three objectives: strengthen resilience, improve protection and enhance defence capabilities. The Federal Council has adopted Switzerland’s Security Policy Strategy 2026. admin.ch/en/newnsb/zR3tvgIy1… @vbs_ddps

The whole world is on the verge of a collapse. Countries are now preparing for the deadliest food crisis in history. Now the Yasref oil refinery at the Yanbu terminal has also been completely destroyed. Yasref produces about 11 million gallons of clean diesel a day. Plus gasoline and sulfur. Saudi can no longer export crude oil or diesel. Saudi Aramco just cancelled all of their crude oil exports to Europe because the East West Pipeline is destroyed. Brazil is one of the world's largest food exporters. But even Brazil is collapsing. Because they import 80% of their fertilizer, urea and sulfur. And all these imports are now blocked. Millions of trucks that transport grain from farms to mills have stopped. Ships that carry rice and wheat have also stopped. Tractors that plow and plant crops have also stopped. The diesel crisis will only get worse from here. This will cripple irrigation and harvesting. Saudi has now made a formal request to the UK prime minister to bomb Yemen. MBS also met US Central Command Chief Admiral Brad Cooper in Jeddah. He warned him about the worldwide catastrophe that's coming. Riots have already started in Syria. There will most likely be more riots in multiple countries soon. Countries could start attacking each other to fight for the remaining resources. Human civilization could totally collapse.

SAUDI ARABIA’S ENTIRE OIL INFRASTRUCTURE & INDUSTRY IS BEING DISMANTLED IN REAL TIME. NO MATTER IF THE WAR ENDED TOMORROW, IT WILL TAKE YEARS TO REBUILD. SO, THE 2nd LARGEST OIL PRODUCER WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.

BREAKING: Saudi Aramco has cancelled all of its September European crude oil allocations and is scrapping every cargo slated for late-September loading onward, with a European lifter saying no Saudi oil cargoes at all until November, per initial reports citing oil trading firm Onyx and market sources. That takes the world's largest exporter out of the European market for the rest of September and all of October, a de facto force majeure on Saudi crude to Europe from the 3rd largest energy producer in the world.
