タイムラインで話題になったので久しぶりに『呪術廻戦』を1巻から読み直したのですが、めっちゃくちゃ面白かった。これ第一話から「伏黒恵（主人公のバディ）の肉体を依り代にして復活した宿儺を、最強の教員・五条悟に鍛えられた主人公にして孤高の精神を持つ虎杖悠仁が、亡き祖父の遺言【人を助けろ】をまっとうするため、すばらしい先輩や同級生の力を借りて、倒す」というゴールに向かって突き進む作品として読めて、肉付けされた要素は多々あれど、ずっと一貫していて、いや本当にめっちゃくちゃ面白かった。
連載時に読んでいる時は、九十九由基、七海建人、夏油傑、そして五条悟の途中退場は、正直「なんてことしてくれたんだ！」とか「退場の仕方がもっとこう…、あるだろ！！」と悲しんだけれど、ゴールから逆算してシナリオを組み立てると、絶妙なタイミングで作劇のための布石を置いて役割を終えており、し、し、、しかたない、、、か、、と納得するしかないと、今は思えております。いやあ、読み返し、しあわせな時間でした。
