The State's Answer shall be due 30 days of the filing of an amended petition or, if none is filed, the deadline for filing an amended petition. • April 1, 2027 — The last day for petitioner to disclose witnesses, including experts, together with their opinions and reports • May 1, 2027 — The last day for respondent to disclose rebuttal experts, together with their opinions and reports •July 7, 2027 — All discovery requests shall be completed • August 2, 2027 — If no dispositive motions have been adjudicated, the petitioner must contact the court clerk to arrange dates for the status conference and evidentiary hearing.
