โช๏ธ "Mr. Zelensky has already made it quite clear that he has no interest in elections," the minister declared.
โช๏ธ Russia has received no official proposals for a new peace plan. According to Lavrov, Moscow is only aware of reports in Western media that suggest an immediate halt to hostilities along the line of contactโproposals that lack any mechanism for achieving a long-term peace.
โช๏ธ The minister recalled that during negotiations in Anchorage in August 2025, Russia had supported American proposals aimed at a long-term settlement. In his view, subsequent Western initiatives only serve to push the possibility of reaching an agreement further away.
