HPV vaccines, evidence based cervical cancer screening and timely follow up and management of abnormal results are the combination key to eliminating cervical cancer!
Of the 35,000+ cancer cases attributed to HPV every year in the United States, 90% could be prevented. The HPV vaccine is key in eliminating many types of cancer, but only 54.2% of adolescents ages 13–17 completed the HPV vaccination. #CervicalCancerAwarenessMonth 1/
