On National Latino Physician Day, CMA is proud to celebrate Latino physicians like Dr. Ilan Shapiro Strygler (@dr_shaps), who carries his culture on his shoulders, but also in his heart. He has dedicated his career to giving back the same opportunities he had, by working with migrant communities to address personal and community health. He knows first-hand how language and culture directly affect wellness and health, and strives to bring the possibility of good health to every patient in his community.
