Humphrey had so much fun making music this morning with 4th graders. He sang the βHello Songβ with all of his friends then played the piano, ukulele and maracas! What talent!!! πΆ

What an exciting week! We learned how Asian Pacific American music & dance has influenced and enriched our lives. Studentsβ favorite activity was doing the βSasaβ, a seated dance from Samoa with Mr. DelGaudio! @Jen1Curry @kristymc24 @MOSandshore
We moved rhythmically to spirituals using found sounds & listened to past & present pieces with themes about equality & freedom. We discovered that music affected our emotions when it was used as a background to MLKβs famous speech!πΆ@ZywickiR @Jen1Curry @kristymc24 @MOSandshore
