Helping founders get more QSBS @getdynasty_com | former vp sales at Carta (0-$300m arr)

We spent 3 years working on this. What used to cost $100k+ and take months… now costs $1,500 and can be done in less than 24 hours. My cofounders and I all met at Carta in 2014. Kyle was the 1st engineer, I was the 1st sales hire, and Edison the 1st PM. We saw 1st hand that the richest people put their startup shares into trusts for family/friends and assumed they did it because they were just being generous. Well that might be the case, but we also found out that each trust was saving them millions in taxes. The richest people were paying zero taxes and the rest of us giving up nearly half our earnings. The system is completely broken - so we fixed it. Starting today, the earliest stage founders can set up the exact same trusts billionaires use, from day one of incorporation. Day 1 is the best time to put your shares in a trust, because the shares are worth zero on day 1. The less your shares are worth, the more taxes you can save. Check us out! @getdynasty_com And help us keep more hard earned money in the hands of founders and early employees.

These personal agents are creating a new computer 100% voice/text controlled so you don’t have to do anything except talk to it… IMO people are wildly underestimating the impact they will have

QSBS is what US congress and Presidents from both sides of the aisle created and evolved over decades to spur investment and innovation in America. Founders who believe in themselves should learn more about it from GetDynasty.com

SUPER excited to announce our newest QSBS trust package 🚀 I have to be honest... never in my wildest dreams would I have predicted that I would build Nevada trust company for startup founders. It's incredibly niche and I knew absolutely nothing about the subject 18 months ago. When we started Dynasty in 2022, our mission was to help homeowners put their home in a trust. But we failed to build a good business after 3 years and had to pivot. Instead of going after a massive market with lots of competitors (like trusts for homeowners), we decided to do the exact opposite and target the smallest group of customers we could think of (trusts for startup founders). Turns out it’s a small but mighty market. In the last 12 months, Dynasty has helped founders: - create 1,200+ trusts - transfer $1B+ in stock - save $60M+ in taxes And just in the last 90 days, Dynasty customers have generated over $2B in liquidity 🤯 The biggest complaint our early customers had was not knowing how many trusts they will want/ need years before exiting. So we assembled the best lawyer advisory group that VC dollars can buy (check them out on our homepage!), and had them help us create a powerful yet flexible trust package for early stage founders. It's pretty simple. You start with 1 trust and stack it with beneficiaries. It’s best to do this early so you lock in low gift value. Then before you exit (when there is more certainty of exit value), we help you divide the trust to create however many QSBS exemptions makes sense. Our mission at @getdynasty_com is to pour rocket fuel on American innovation by helping founders, early employees, and investors get more qsbs. The more money everyone saves, the more future startups are formed and invested into (the data shows this!). That’s the whole reason qsbs exists. This new trust package reinforces that mission. Thank you to our investors who have supported us along the way: @aspenjfm @S27G_ @howardlindzon @skbjml @sophiaamoruso @kjdhaliwal @henrysward @hendricklee @amralshihabi @ramnikarora @bzises

Just had a life changing experience with muse. Used it to handle my taxes. I gave it access to bank accounts, mortgages, email, Carta… and it just handled everything with my cpa. Will never go back to the old way

My gut tells me this has the potential to be the largest collapse in history. GAAP net loss: $41.9B Just two customers represented 24% of total 2025 sales 🤯 And there is massive emerging risk with open source models… not to mention competitors with unlimited cash (meta, Google)
ANTHROPIC FILES FOR IPO, PROSPECTUS SEEN BY REUTERS Here’s everything you need to know: Anthropic could seek a valuation above $2 trillion. 2025 financials: Rev: $4.59B, up 1,088% YoY from $386M Oper loss: $8.06B, widening from $2.98B GAAP net loss: $41.97B, vs $8.31B in 2024 That headline $42B net loss needs some context. Roughly $34B came from an accounting charge tied largely to the rising value of financing instruments that could eventually convert into Anthropic shares, rather than cash spent running the business. Even excluding that, the underlying operating losses remain substantial. Anthropic spent $7.33B on compute and infrastructure in 2025, up 190% YoY and nearly 3x the prior year. That alone represented: • 58% of its $12.65B in total operating expenses • Roughly 1.6x its entire annual revenue And the spending is expected to keep climbing. The prospectus outlines roughly $518B in cloud, compute and infrastructure obligations as Anthropic continues building out its AI systems. Anthropic ended 2025 with $20.28B in cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments. Its two largest direct customers each accounted for 12% of revenue, meaning just two customers represented 24% of total 2025 sales. Anthropic also warned that many of its largest customers are not locked into long-term contracts and could reduce or stop spending. At the same time, the filing highlights risks around increasingly autonomous AI systems, including unexpected behavior, security concerns and potential misuse. Anthropic is competing in an increasingly expensive AI race with OpenAI, Google, Meta and xAI. Amazon and Google are also major strategic partners and investors in Anthropic, while supplying much of the cloud infrastructure needed to train and run Claude. The IPO could come after the November U.S. midterm elections and would give public-market investors one of their first pure-play ways to value a frontier AI lab. Source: Reuters

I’m not surprised by this at all. I spent 8 years at Carta as the 1st sales hire and 2 years at the incumbent (CapMx) pre Carta. It’s an incredibly difficult space. The software is actually the easy part. The hard part is aligning support from all the network participants (law firms, vc firms, accounting firms). Massive uphill battle for a company that only raised $50m
Wow, sad day. Pulley is shutting down, looks like Carta is picking up the business / referral engine. As a former-AngelList-er, I still do not grok how these businesses run unprofitably and have high hopes for a new entrant who will take down the cap table giants

I got a drilling one time and the pain meds didn’t work for whatever reason. I was super late for a meeting and didn’t want to delay further so I just braced myself and it was the absolute worst experience of my life. I can still feel the pain when I think about it
Doug Leone once got his tooth drilled without Novocaine just to see if he was a real badass or a faker: “I had a tooth drilled for a root canal, and had to go to a meeting right after. I told the dentist, ‘Drill without any Novocaine.’” “He says, ‘You're out of your mind.’” “My whole life I wanted to see if I was a badass or not. Am I a fake badass, or am I really a badass on the inside? I told the dentist, ‘Take it out with no Novocaine.’” “He drilled, and I jumped. And I told the dentist, ‘I won't move again.’ And I didn't move again.” “I love fear. It does wonders for me.”

I could not agree with this more. ALL software is friction. Let the personal agents handle it all.

Really? iMessage, Slack, ChatGPT. These a predominantly text dominated interfaces. I’m actually long the “no interfaces” thing for personal agents. Take a simple but representative example - calling uber to the airport for a flight (I just did this so it’s top of mind). Right now, I have to remember to call it at the right time (or pay a premium to book in advance or get to the airport too early), go to United app (hate) to check the terminal on the boarding pass, check prices on Uber and Lyft (hate), potentially call both depending on wait time and cancel the worse one. A personal agent could just proactively text me when it’s time to go that it’s calling a ride… I honestly don’t want any more interfaces than that.

Everyone is dunking on @tampabaywave today because they were ranked higher than YC. Im not surprised at all. We sponsored their last cohort and they are absolute killers. The average tbw founder has much more experience and traction than the average YC company.
Who is the Tampa Bay Wave marketing department because this is amazing

QSBS stacking. I don’t understand why this gets framed as a tax loophole. Here’s what QSBS actually is. It’s a flywheel for American innovation.

Qsbs stacking isn’t about tax avoidance. It’s about wealth redistribution. You’re giving away ownership, and you can never get it back. Your family members, who now own those shares, are entitled to their own QSBS exemption.

Qsbs stacking works best when you set it up early, before your shares are worth much. But lawyers, trust companies, and CPAs charge a fortune, it can easily be a six figure expense. That’s why @getdynasty_com exists.  Our mission is to democratize QSBS stacking for the earliest stage founders, and pour rocket fuel on the flywheel of American innovation.
