Apparently there is a bit of a war going on between fic readers and writers, something involving AO3. I'm glad our little fandom is not involved in it, but does anyone exactly what is going on? I'm feeling a little lost...

Stop assuming your writing has to be perfect. First drafts are always trash, no matter how good you are.
Being a writer is about the journey of improvement and growth, not instant perfection.

The idea for "When She Came Home" keeps growing, and I'm adding more details to the summary. It may become my next project after all, although I feel a guilty about leaving "Undercurrents" on hold for the moment. I'll keep you posted. If I start writing it, you'll know.

Shirt on, shirt off, shirt on again. I realize there are inconsistencies about that in my two chapters... Food for nitpickers, it will have to be fixed.
I don't know if I'll ever write this one, but I can't stop thinking about it. Built around a single scene that has been haunting me for weeks. This may be the angstiest story idea I've ever had. There will be loss, but also healing, and eventually a happy ending. G&M will be fine
