Well got to the clinic half an hour early only to be told the clinic was running an hour late, think it was quicker than that Been offered a total knee replacement,the knee is so bad there’s nothing else the consultant can do Waiting list is 1yr from referral (not from today)

I’m tired now. Enjoyed my trip but I’m sleepy now and I won’t be late going to bed Misjudged the time I left Portsmouth and arrived home just minutes before it got dark. I should have left about half an hour earlier as I don’t like getting home in the dark.
